Littosコーヒーチュウは、バリスタが入れた平均的なコーヒー1杯とほぼ同じカフェイン含有量になるように作られています。そして、地元のカフェのコーヒーカップのように、フレーバーによってカフェインの量が異なります。基本的に、各パックはコーヒー1杯に相当します。ダブルエスプレッソコーヒーチュウはカフェイン量が2倍なので、各パックにコーヒー2杯分のカフェインが含まれています。したがって、数粒のチュウを噛むのは一口飲むようなもので、さらに数粒噛むのはゴクッと飲むようなもので、パック全体を飲み干すのはコーヒー1杯を一気に飲むようなものです。長時間のエネルギーを持続させたい場合は、コーヒーチュウの量を調整するとよいでしょう。急なエネルギーが必要な場合は、パック全体を一度に摂取しても構いません。それはすべてあなたとあなたのライフスタイル次第です。
