HOW MUCH CAFFEINE IN ONE CHEW?

We have made our packs of Littos Coffee Chews to have roughly the same caffeine content as the average cup of barista-made coffee. And like cups of coffee at your local café, different flavours have different amounts of caffeine. Basically, each pack is equals to one cup of coffee. While our Double Espresso Coffee Chews are twice the caffeine power- so the equivalent caffeine of two cups of coffee in each pack! So, taking a couple of chew tabs is like taking a sip, taking a few more is like taking a gulp, and downing the whole pack is like drinking an entire cup of coffee in one go. For sustained long term energy you may want to ration out your coffee chew tabs or, if you are needing that burst, you may take the whole pack at once. It all depends on you and your lifestyle.

On that note, different people react differently to caffeine so be careful because too much can affect sleep. But, with @littosnz you have the freedom to customise your caffeine intake so you can always be on the go!
